ZINNER & CO. LLP is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee internal and external communications for our growing company. Internally, the coordinator will work with the firm’s Managing Partner and other Senior Partners, producing communications and marketing tools. The ideal candidate will organize and report these communications directly to Zinner & Co.’s external marketing and public relations firm and assist in the development of innovative strategies and continuous, informative website content while supervising the execution of programs that promote brand awareness. Further, the candidate should possess the ability to ascertain credible communications data from the firm’s management team and personnel for ongoing campaigns as well as have a strong grasp of blog content creation and social media marketing. In addition, this person may be required to represent the firm at select conferences, trade shows or other special events.The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- At least three years of marketing experience with a firm or agency
- Solid writing and copy editing skills
- Familiarity with the public accounting industry or the qualifications and enthusiasm to learn
- A personable and professional attitude
- The ability to multi-task and juggle numerous requests and deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point required.
- Experience using current content management systems for web site management is a significant plus
This can be a full-time position, especially for candidates matching all the above criteria, but a part-time position is also possible for candidates with experience who demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn and grow into a full-time position.
