Hopewell August 2009 6983Zinner & Co. was honored to be a part of the annual “Summer Solstice” event held by Hopewell on Friday, June 20.

As a Copper Sponsor, Zinner & Co. was part of the record number of guests for the event’s 14th year, joining over 530 guests for an evening of cocktails, silent and live auctions and dinner under the stars.

Proceeds from the “Summer Solstice” will help residents with limited financial resources to afford services at Hopewell, a therapeutic community that helps adults with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depression and other forms of serious mental illness.

Founded in 1996, Hopewell is located on a 300-acre farm in rural Mesopotamia, Ohio and serves 40 adults with housing in four residences. The facility is one of a handful of therapeutic farm communities in the country and the only one of its kind in the state.

The donations from the evening’s successful celebration will be able to provide support for nearly 95% of Hopewell’s residents.

Zinner & Co. is proud to support the dedicated staff at Hopewell who stand by the belief that “everyone can experience success, find a life of purpose and feel hope.”
