KSU Alumni Networking

Last month, Zinner’s DeAnna DeWitt and Ross Nisly attended Kent State University’s Speed Networking event hosted by the Kent State Alumni Association. This event provided an opportunity for graduating seniors to build their networking skills and help them establish relationships in

their professional network. Similarly set up as a speed dating event, professionals sat at tables and the students would rotate throughout the room moving from professional to professional at the sound of the bell.

This was a great event to be able to build relationships and speak with the graduating seniors who came from a variety of backgrounds. The students said how grateful they were for the opportunity and that it was a very beneficial experience for them as they begin their professional careers. We look forward to the opportunities to connect with some of the students and have already received emails thanking us for coming and requests to follow up in the future!
