The Shaker LaunchHouse Institute, a nonprofit program of the Shaker Heights Development Corporation, is a forward-thinking, educational initiative that fosters entrepreneurial creativity and critical thinking skills in middle school, high school, and college students through education, mentorship, networking and investment activities.

In addition to a night full of dinner, drinks, and dancing, attendees were given the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of auction items to go towards the LaunchHouse Institute’s educational programs. Money raised at the Bootstrap Bash will help support programs including LEAP, the summer accelerator program for high school students, as well as practicums for college students and small business counseling.

After building a strong relationship with LaunchHouse entrepreneurs and start-up companies, Zinner & Co. was happy to be a sponsor of the Bootstrap Bash. We look forward to a long relationship with the Launch House Institute as it continues to foster the creativity and ambition of the young people within our community.
