Zinner & Co. Phone and Fax Lines Experiencing Interruptions in Service

by | 26 Jan | Firm news

[Beachwood, Ohio – January 26, 2016] Due to a regional fiber optic line issue, incoming telephone calls and fax messages to the offices of Zinner & Co. are experiencing intermittent and unpredictable connection interruptions.Logo_650_x_220.png

Those trying to reach the office by telephone or fax may receive a continual busy signal despite multiple attempts. The service provider is aware and has been working on the issue since late yesterday. We hope to resolve the issue quickly.

In the interim, those trying to contact Zinner & Co., are asked to do so via an email message.

If you know the name of the person you are trying to reach:
You may follow first initial, last name @Zinnerco.com  (example: Bsmith@zinnerco.com)

If you are unsure of the spelling of the last name of the person you are trying to reach:
You may send an email to the general email mailbox at reception@zinnerco.com.  We will acknowledge receipt of your message and forward your message to the intended employee.
(As customary practice, folks are reminded not to attach or send private, sensitive information through electronic delivery.)

We thank you for your understanding and appreciate your patience until all phone lines are restored. Please continue to check our website, www.zinnerco.com or our Facebook and Twitter pages for updates.
