Zinner & Co. Recommends CamScanner- PDF Scanner App to Scan Documents

by | 16 Feb | Taxes - Planning, Rules and Returns

Often times, clients will scan over important documents and email them to use.

While this approach works well with a good scanner, some people do not have a scanner at their house.

The good news is, you can use your cell phone to scan documents.

For several years, Zinner & Co. employees have used the CamScanner-PDF Scanner App to convert important documents into PDFs.

The app, which is free to download, is available on your Apple or Android store.

Not only does the app allow users to scan paperwork into either PDFS or jpgs, but it allows users to generate e-signatures, send faxes or send email.

CamScanner uses your phone’s camera to produce high quality scans, just like those from a physical scanner.

Downloaded on more than 500,000 phones, this app can help you quickly scan tax documents and email them over to your Zinner & Co. representative.

We recommend our clients use this app if they do not have access to a high quality scanner.
