by | 29 Aug | cybersecurity, security, technology, Zinner & Co., Zinner News

Will also change E-Signature Provider

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance our technology and improve your experience, Zinner & Co. is excited to announce that we will soon transition from our current technology provider ShareFile/RightSignature to Egnyte. We anticipate this transition will be completed by the end of October 2024.

Why This is Exciting:

  • Enhanced Features: Egnyte offers innovative technology that will make accessing and providing documents electronically both easier and faster. In addition, it will provide advanced security by scanning for malware.
  • Improved Service: We are confident your experience in accessing documents and in the electronic signature process will be easier and more intuitive.

EgnyteSocialMediaLogoWe are working diligently to ensure this transition is smooth and that you experience no disruptions in service.

In preparation for this transition, we ask that you provide us with your updated and preferred email addresses for transmission of documents and tax returns. This information can be provided by contacting our database administrator, Yvette Yancy, via email at yyancy@zinnerco.com.

For individual income tax clients, we also ask that you provide email addresses for both you and your spouse so that this information can be updated in the preparation of your Tax Organizer, which will be sent out in early January 2025.

You will receive further instruction on using the Egnyte platform as the transition process moves forward. Stay tuned!
